Autumn at French Country Cottage

Those little white pumpkins have been put away...
and sparkly bulbs, greens and cranberries and tiny little trees have started appearing

So I thought I would share a quick round up post of Autumn decor
before the decking the Christmas halls posts begin

A simple vignette with hydrangeas and mossy sticks

My autumn table in the woods... yep, it's getting ready for a Christmas party as well.

and my favorite - the mantel in my bedroom with pinks and brown transferware.

I love decorating for Fall but I really love decorating for Christmas.
So have you started decorating yet or all you all finished already?
I'll be sharing some peeks at what I am inspired by this year coming up

See you this afternoon for Feathered Nest Friday!

  4. Everything looks amazing. Love the roses in the outdoor area. We usually leave the pumpkins out through Thanksgiving. Lucky for you to have weather suitable for a Christmas party outside. Have a great day! - Tonya

  7. Courtney, it's still turkeys and pumpkins around here. I'll pack them away the week after Thanksgiving and then let Christmas slowly evolve. We don't do a great deal for Christmas, but I want to put the tree up early so we can savor it for a few weeks. A little something on the mantel and some vignettes here and there will round out the Christmas decorations. Look forward to seeing what you do. Everything you show is so elegant!
Thanks for hosting. I'll be back to link up..........Sarah
